Culinary Arts graduate from Johnson and Wales - Charlotte, North Carolina USA

“My passion for culinary arts surfaced growing up on a small family farm. I learned how to grow and harvest produce as well as raise and butcher livestock from an early age. I decided to further my knowledge through a culinary arts program at a technical school. After graduation I was accepted into Johnson & Wales advanced standing program, it was here that I knew I had found my calling.

I have experience working with Kiawah Island Golf Resort at The Ocean Room, Marriot City Center in Charlotte, NC, Hilton Casa Marina in Key West, FL, as well as private dining at the Masters Tournament in Augusta, GA.

I now focus on personalized dining for private events in home or on site for larger events.”
